Daryl is team leader at GBM Mission Centre where he also leads the radio team. He is the first point of contact between the churches and GBM. He preaches regularly in supporting churches. 

He is also the first point of contact for prospective missionaries and their church and helps sending churches to care for their missionaries. Daryl and his wife Julia make regular visits to missionaries. They are members of Abbey Baptist Church, Abingdon.
